Ingredients
Scale:
4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs (or breasts)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ cup creamy Caesar dressing
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon lemon juice
¼ cup breadcrumbs (optional)
Fresh parsley or additional Parmesan for garnishing
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels and season both sides with garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
In a small bowl, combine the Caesar dressing, grated Parmesan cheese, and lemon juice. Whisk until smooth.
Place the seasoned chicken in a baking dish and pour the Caesar mixture over the top, ensuring each piece is well-coated.
If using, sprinkle the breadcrumbs over the chicken and gently press them into the dressing.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and is golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before garnishing with parsley or additional Parmesan.
