  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels and season both sides with garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the Caesar dressing, grated Parmesan cheese, and lemon juice. Whisk until smooth.
  4. Place the seasoned chicken in a baking dish and pour the Caesar mixture over the top, ensuring each piece is well-coated.
  5. If using, sprinkle the breadcrumbs over the chicken and gently press them into the dressing.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and is golden brown.
