  2. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, turmeric, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice to form a marinade.
  3. Add chicken breasts to the marinade and coat well. Marinate for at least 15 minutes at room temperature or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.
  4. Toss the trimmed asparagus with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.
