Ingredients
Scale:
1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice (about 3 large oranges)
In a medium bowl, whisk together the orange juice, Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes until well combined.
Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring it is well-coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish tightly with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, ideally 4 hours or overnight for maximum flavor.
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F to 450°F).
Take the chicken out of the marinade, allowing any excess liquid to drip off. Discard the leftover marinade.
Place the chicken breasts on the grill. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on one side until you see nice grill marks. Flip the chicken and cook for an additional 6-7 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Once cooked, remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes. After resting, slice against the grain and serve warm.
