  1. Start by chopping the tomatoes, cucumber, and bell pepper into bite-sized pieces. Slice the red onion thinly. Place all the prepared vegetables in a large mixing bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, honey, salt, pepper, oregano, and thyme until well combined.
  3. Pour the marinade over the chopped vegetables in the mixing bowl. Gently toss everything together until the vegetables are well coated.
  4. Add the torn basil leaves and toss gently again to incorporate.
  5. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
