- 1/2 cup olive oil (extra virgin recommended)
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon freshly chopped parsley or 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the dried oregano, dried basil, garlic powder, onion powder, sugar, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Slowly whisk in the olive oil, red wine vinegar, and Dijon mustard until fully emulsified and creamy in texture.
- Stir in the freshly chopped parsley and lemon juice.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning as desired, adding more salt, pepper, or sugar if needed.
- Transfer the dressing to a clean glass jar with a tight-fitting lid and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before using.
- Shake well before each use to recombine the ingredients.
