Ingredients
Scale:
2 lbs of assorted vegetables (carrots, celery, bell peppers)
1 lb of assorted cheeses (cheddar, mozzarella, pepper jack)
1 lb of deli meats (ham, turkey, salami)
3 packs of assorted crackers
1 large bowl of hummus or ranch dip
20 mini quiches (store-bought or homemade)
30 st■ mushrooms
2 dozen chicken wings
1 large graduation-themed cake
24 cupcakes decorated in school colors
2 trays of assorted cookies (chocolate chip, sugar cookies)
2 gallons of lemonade (regular and pink)
1 gallon of iced tea
1 large cooler of assorted sodas
1 punch bowl of fruit punch
Instructions
Prepare the vegetable platter by washing and cutting the vegetables into bite-sized pieces. Arrange them on a large serving platter with a bowl of dip in the center.
Slice the cheeses into various shapes and arrange them alongside the deli meats on a separate platter. Add crackers around the perimeter for easy access.
If making mini quiches, preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Cook the chicken wings according to your recipe or package instructions, usually around 30-40 minutes at 400°F (200°C) until crispy. For st■ mushrooms, bake for 15-20 minutes until the tops are golden.
Once the cake is decorated with graduation motifs, display it prominently. Arrange cupcakes and cookies on decorative trays.
Prepare the lemonade and iced tea ahead of time, chilling them in the fridge for a couple of hours before serving.
Create a festive atmosphere with themed graduation party decorations, such as banners and balloons.
