- 1/2 cup olives, pitted and sliced
- 1/4 cup balsamic glaze
- 1 package of pita bread or crackers
- 1 cup tzatziki sauce
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions
- Wash and slice all vegetables neatly. Arrange them artfully on a large platter.
- In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, hummus, chopped herbs, and lemon juice. Stir until smooth and creamy, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Serve cooked shrimp with cocktail sauce on the side, arranged elegantly for guests.
- Skewer the diced chicken pieces onto mini skewers and brush generously with barbecue sauce. Grill for about 3-5 minutes until warmed.
- In a small bowl, mix feta cheese and olives, drizzling balsamic glaze generously over the top.
- Cut pita bread into triangles and arrange them next to a bowl of tzatziki sauce for dipping.
