Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup coconut cream
- ½ cup coconut milk
- ¼ cup coconut rum (or coconut-flavored syrup for a non-alcoholic version)
- 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (adjust to taste)
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 cups ice cubes
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by washing the raspberries thoroughly. If you're using frozen raspberries, allow them to thaw slightly for easier blending.
- In a blender, combine the raspberries, ripe banana, coconut cream, coconut milk, coconut rum, honey (or agave syrup), and lime juice.
- Add the ice cubes to the blender. Blend on high for about 30-45 seconds or until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or agave syrup. Blend again briefly to combine.
