  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, about 350°F (175°C).
  2. Wash the peaches thoroughly under running water. Slice them in half and remove the pits carefully.
  3. Lightly brush the cut sides of the peaches with olive oil.
  4. If desired, sprinkle brown sugar and a dash of cinnamon on the cut sides of each peach half.
  5. Place the peaches cut-side down on the grill. Grill for about 4 to 6 minutes until grill marks form and the fruit is tender.
  6. Flip the peaches over and grill for an additional 1 to 2 minutes.
  7. Remove the peaches from the grill and drizzle with honey while they are still warm.
