Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) or set your air fryer to the same temperature.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.
  3. If using the oven, line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top. Arrange the wings in a single layer on the rack.
  4. Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy. If using an air fryer, cook for 25-30 minutes.
  5. While the wings are baking, prepare the garlic parmesan coating. In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes.
  6. Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and crushed red pepper flakes.
  7. Once the wings are done baking, transfer them to a large bowl. Pour the garlic parmesan mixture over the wings and toss until evenly coated.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
