1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional for extra flavor)
Chopped fresh parsley (optional topping)
Celery sticks (optional accompaniment)
Blue cheese or ranch dressing for dipping (optional)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Place a wire rack over the sheet.
In a large bowl, mix together the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and baking powder.
Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. Dredge each wing in the flour mixture until fully coated.
Place the coated chicken on the wire rack in a single layer.
Bake the chicken for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
While the chicken is baking, combine the hot sauce, melted butter, white vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder in a bowl. Whisk until smooth.
Once the chicken is done, transfer it to a large bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce over the chicken and toss gently until coated.
Plate the buffalo chicken and top with chopped parsley if desired. Serve with celery sticks and your choice of blue cheese or ranch dressing.
