1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
4 cups beef broth
1 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
Salt and pepper, to taste
Chopped fresh cilantro (optional)

Instructions
In a large pot or Dutch oven, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
Add the diced onion and bell pepper to the pot. Sauté for an additional 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are softened.
Stir in the minced garlic, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the garlic is fragrant.
Pour in the beef broth and add the canned corn, black beans, and diced tomatoes with green chilies. Stir well to combine all ingredients.
Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for 15 minutes.
After simmering, stir in the heavy cream and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Taste and adjust seasonings, adding more salt, pepper, or spices as desired.
Serve hot, garnished with fresh cilantro, shredded cheese, and crushed tortilla chips.
