  1. In a large pot, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon, leaving the grease in the pot.

  4. Add the diced potatoes to the pot along with the chicken broth, Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a boil over high heat.
