  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until creamy and well blended.
  2. Add the sweet corn, diced tomatoes, diced red onion, diced bell pepper, and sliced jalapeños to the cream cheese mixture. Stir until evenly incorporated.
  3. Sprinkle in the garlic powder, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Stir again to ensure the spices are evenly distributed.
  4. Gently fold in the shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese, reserving a small amount for topping.
  5. Transfer the dip to a serving dish and spread it out evenly. Top with the reserved cheese and garnish with fresh cilantro.
