2 cups crushed pretzels
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
¼ cup granulated sugar
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup heavy cream
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups mini marshmallows
½ cup chocolate sauce
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed pretzels, melted butter, and sugar. Mix well.
Press the pretzel mixture into the bottom of mini muffin tins to form a crust. Bake for 8-10 minutes until lightly golden.
Allow the crusts to cool completely.
In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until simmering. Remove from heat and add chocolate chips and vanilla. Stir until smooth.
Pour the chocolate filling into the cooled pretzel crusts, filling them about ¾ full. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until set.
Top each cup with mini marshmallows.
Broil the cups for 1-2 minutes until the marshmallows are golden brown.
