Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, shredded cheddar cheese, ranch seasoning mix, breadcrumbs, egg, and Worcestershire sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything together until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.
  2. Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape them into burger patties, about 3/4 inch thick.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 375°F (190°C).
  4. Place the patties on the preheated grill. Cook for 6-7 minutes on one side. Flip the burgers and grill for an additional 5-6 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  5. If using extra cheese, place a slice on each patty during the last minute of cooking, closing the lid to melt the cheese.
  6. While the burgers are finishing up, split the hamburger buns and toast them on the grill for about 1 minute.
  7. Spread ranch dressing on the bottom bun, add a lettuce leaf, place the patty on top, and layer with tomato slices and pickles. Finish with the top bun.
  8. Serve immediately while hot.
