  1. In a large bowl, combine the chicken thighs or breasts with BBQ sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Allow the chicken to marinate for at least 15 minutes, or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the cubed potatoes, paprika, dried thyme, and a pinch of salt. Cook for about 10-12 minutes until the potatoes are golden brown and fork-tender.
