1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon ginger powder
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
1 tablespoon sriracha
1 teaspoon lime juice
Wooden or metal skewers
Fresh cilantro or green onions for garnish
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, ginger powder, and red pepper flakes. Whisk together until well combined.
Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the marinade, ensuring each shrimp is well-coated. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours.
In another bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice. Adjust the heat as desired.
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F to 450°F).
Thread the marinated shrimp onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each shrimp.
