1 cup mozzarella balls, choose fresh mozzarella

1 package of assorted crackers (about 8 ounces)
2 pounds chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
1 pound of hot dogs or sausages
1 red onion, sliced
1 bell pepper, sliced
1 tablespoon olive oil, extra virgin
1 chocolate cake mix (plus ingredients on package)
2 cups whipped cream, homemade
1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
1/2 cup chocolate syrup
2 cups lemonade, freshly squeezed
1 cup sparkling water
1 cup fresh mint leaves
1/2 cup sliced strawberries
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix the cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, and basil leaves. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and toss gently to coat. Arrange on a platter for serving.
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Brush chicken breasts with barbecue sauce and let marinate for at least 15 minutes. Toss sliced red onion and bell pepper with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Grill chicken for 6-8 minutes per side until cooked through. Grill vegetables for 5-7 minutes until tender.
Grill hot dogs or sausages for about 5-6 minutes until heated through and with grill marks.
Prepare the chocolate cake according to package instructions. Layer it on a serving platter and top with whipped cream and mixed berries. Drizzle chocolate syrup before serving.
In a large pitcher, combine lemonade and sparkling water. Stir in fresh mint leaves and sliced strawberries. Chill before serving.
