2 lbs of ground beef
1 cup taco seasoning
1 pack taco shells
2 cups shredded lettuce
1 cup diced tomatoes
1 cup shredded cheese
2 lbs potato salad (homemade or store-bought)
1 cup coleslaw
1 pack of tortilla chips
1 cup salsa
2 dozen cupcakes (variety of flavors)
1 chocolate cake
1 fruit platter (mix of berries, melons, and grapes)
1 batch of chocolate-covered strawberries
1 gallon lemonade
1 gallon iced tea
1 pack of sparkling water
1 case of assorted sodas
Instructions
Prepare the Appetizers: Toss chicken wings in buffalo sauce and bake at 400°F for 25-30 minutes. Serve with ranch dressing. Arrange shrimp on a platter with cocktail sauce. Heat mini quiches according to package instructions.
Create Finger Foods: Slice French bread, spread pesto, add halved cherry tomatoes, and toast. Set out assorted cheeses and mixed olives on a cheese board.
Cook the Main Dish: Brown ground beef in a skillet, drain fat, and stir in taco seasoning. Serve in taco shells with toppings.
Prepare Side Dishes: Make potato salad or use store-bought. Set out coleslaw, tortilla chips, and salsa.
Set Up Desserts: Arrange cupcakes attractively and decorate the chocolate cake with fresh berries. Create a fruit platter and dip strawberries in chocolate.
