A refreshing summer dessert featuring a mix of fresh fruits layered with a creamy mixture, perfect for warm days.
Ingredients
Scale:
2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
2 cups blueberries
2 cups peaches, peeled and diced
1 large ripe watermelon, cubed
1 cup raspberries
1 cup heavy cream, chilled
1 cup Greek yogurt
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup coconut flakes (optional)
1 tbsp vanilla extract
Juice of 1 lime
1/2 cup coconut milk (optional)
Instructions
Start by preparing the fruits. Wash and slice the strawberries, peel and dice the peaches, and cube the watermelon. Place all fruits in a large mixing bowl, ensuring they’re evenly mixed to create a colorful medley.
If making a creamy dessert, in a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sweetened condensed milk and mix until well combined.
In a chilled bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until smooth and light.
Add vanilla extract and lime juice to the cream mixture and mix gently.
For a no-bake summer treat, layer the creamy mixture and fruits in individual cups. Start with a layer of the creamy base, followed by a layer of mixed fruits, and repeat until cups are filled.
For a fruity dessert pizza, spread Greek yogurt over a graham cracker crust. Top with the prepared fruits and sprinkle coconut flakes on top.
Chill the layered desserts in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
